Meet our friendly Highland cows at Quex Adventure Farm Park!
Your experience begins with a short introduction where you’ll learn about these iconic animals and how to interact with them safely. You’ll then step into our exclusive feeding and grooming area, where you’ll have the chance to hand-feed them their favourite treats and even brush their beautiful coats.
This hands-on experience is suitable for visitors aged 4+, with all under 16s required to be accompanied by an adult in the activity area.

The Highland Cow Experience is suitable for visitors aged 4 and above. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult, and under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult who also takes part in the experience.
This activity is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant. As the session takes place outdoors in the cows’ feeding and grooming area, conditions may be muddy — wellies or sturdy footwear are strongly recommended.
Each experience lasts around 25 minutes and includes the opportunity to hand feed and groom our Highland cows.

The Elf Express and Christmas at Quex are part of Quex Adventure Farm Park.
